TERMS OF SERVICE (=ↀωↀ=)✧

♡ Reserve the right to 2 commissions per person/queue.
♡ Price of commission according to details.
♡ Depending on the desired style and queue, the estimated turnaround is about three (3) to ten (10) days at the latest.
♡ The Client will receive a rough sketch, sketch and coloring update♡ The order of the queue is based on the order of payment. (50-100% of total price)
♡ If a deposit is made and the commission is canceled, it will not be returned, unless the Artist cancels.
♡ The first three (3) major and two (2) minor revisions or changes are free of charge; thereafter, an additional fee (+50 THB/time) will be charged.
♡ For additional character +70% of first character
♡ For commercial use will be charged ×2 of total price.
♡ For giveaway will be charged ×0.25 (+25%) of total price.♡ The Client may not claim the commission as his/her/their own work or Repost without permission
♡ The Client may use/ reupload the commission but only if proper credit to the Artist (9ornz) and a linkback to any of the Artist's social media
♡ Commission is not allowed to be used for NFT/AI Art in all cases.
♡ We do not accept work that violates copyright in any case.
♡ Personal use is prohibited for commercial use in any case.
♡ The Artist has a right to upload the commission on any/ all social media unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.
